03-11-2026*Edited Review: We recently moved out of our storage unit this past weekend and were extremely disappointed by what we found. Our unit had clear signs of rodent activity, including droppings inside the unit. After renting here for about a year and a half, this was very frustrating to discover. A few months ago, I actually emailed management to report concerns about the rodent control on the property. One of the bait stations near our unit was flung open and clearly had not been serviced in a long time. There were cobwebs inside, no bait present, and no labeling on the station. From a pest control standpoint, that is not only poor maintenance but also improper handling of pest control equipment. To make matters worse, our monthly rate was raised twice during the time we rented the unit. When I called management to raise concerns about the rodent issue, the response I received was that I should have paid for insurance if I was worried about rats. That response was dismissive and unhelpful, especially considering the property should be maintaining proper pest control regardless. Between the rate increases, the lack of maintenance of bait stations, and ultimately finding rodent droppings in our unit, this was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly encourage management to take pest control and customer concerns more seriously. Original Review: My husband and I had a great experience setting up a rental plan this past weekend. The gentleman at the front desk Michael was very helpful, gave us a tour of the property and answered all of our questions. Property is very clean and looks well maintained.
