08-27-2024I moved out of my storage unit but had not gotten around to cancelling my account before the next billing cycle. The day before I was going to be charged for my next month, I called to ask to close my account. I was not going to be able to remove the lock from my unit in time before the office closed in order to close out my account. Matt the manager was working the front desk, and he kindly stopped my auto payments and allowed me to pick up my lock after office hours that night so that I could close my account without being charged the next day. I was in a pinch that day so his flexibility saved me! Thank you.

I decided I needed to rent a unit again to store my things while I finish my remodel.The price remained reasonable and the location to my house in downtown Frederick was convenient for me. I highly recommend renting from Extra Storage Space.
