04-18-2025I had the worst experience not once but multiple times with the on-site manager, Natalie, who had poor management skills. She failed to communicate and keep track of requests she requested. I've been a customer for over five years, and my March and April experiences have been horrible!! I definitely do not recommend this location.

04-04-2025My friend got kicked out of his storage that he paid for with no issues all because of a situation with a lady that he literally had nothing to do with he was just trying to be a nice guy and help her and was in the wrong place wrong time and I'm sorry but u dont treat ur paying customers like that who pay on time with no problems might I add.... Horrible management and customer service and lots of discrimination.... Which is illegal. Alot of people forget that and take that way too lightly .... Completely forgetting that's discrimination is alot more serious than people realize and these days people/companies are being called out on it more than they use to
