Started renting at the beginning the year off an online discount rate booking 4 months in advance. I was surprised to see the rate increases to the new month to month. Talked to Julianne at the front office as I was happy with the size, location and wanted long term storage, but the price was a bit high. She pleaded my case and was prompt with contacting me the results I was happy with. Look to her and extra space storage for your storage needs :)
