08-27-2025Sleazy business. 3 months after I signed up, they hit me with a surprise 50% price increase. Clearly their business model is to get you in the door, and then once you have your stuff there and you're less likely to move, they jack up the rate. If you complain, they will condescendingly lecture you with "the contract says we have the right to change the rate at any time", as if that makes their predatory pricing strategy okay. Go in eyes wide open.
