She was knowledgeable when Informing me of the different sizes of available storage units to handle my needs as well as any available specials. She was the epitome of professionalism and Customer Service and kept in touch with me as I searched for a storage unit to handle a last-minute move. Teresa provided me with the tour of the facilities and briefed me on the Security protocols in place which gave me the peace of mind that my belongings would be in safe hands Thank you

I recently moved to the Fort Washington area in a bit of an emergency situation and had been searching for a storage facility for days with no luckuntil I spoke with Teressa (I hope I spelled that right!). Her level of patience and professionalism was absolutely amazing. Despite me being unsure of what I needed, she stuck with me through the whole process. Just as we figured everything out, the call droppedand I was honestly ready to give up. But Teressa called me back. That simple act made all the difference.
