08-29-2024Storage facilities are only as good as the on site management. I have been with Extra Space for 6 years now off and on and had a great relationship with the manager from 2017-2019 Matt, he relocated to another facility around the time I stopped needing a unit for a little while. As life changes and evolves I found myself again in need of a larger air conditioned indoor unit this time. I have been back leasing space from Extra Space again now for a little over a year and I can say the current on site manager LuVonney has been fantastic to work with. She has been taking really good care of the facility, maintaining the infrastructure as it ages, working with several different contractors to resolve and update critical infrastructure to the properties integrity such as AC units, electronic security doors, power gate and new keypad access as needed. I shopped around at about 5 storage facilities within a 4 mile radius before I chose to return to Extra Space and LuVonney has made very very thankful I stayed in the Extra Space family. Cant beat the service, care and upkeep of Extra Space! Keep up the good work!
