Fernando and the team at 5601 NE 14th Ave in Fort Lauderdale went above and beyond in assisting us with our move out, after 1.5 years of fantastic service, and with our international move. Fernando's help in coordinating with the semi-truck container drop off and pick up made my life much easier and calm. I cannot say enough great things about Fernando. Amazing service and facility!

05-04-2026Ive used storage units for over 20 yrs. This is the first that made it a pleasure! Fernando the manager to be specific! I was not an ordinary customer I needed to downgrade /upgrade unit sizes a few times all within a 6 month period. Each time he was available, ready to show any unit and made the process very easy. Billing was always correct and any need was addressed immediately. He is an asset to the company. Great customer service!
