08-29-2024I hardly, if ever, take the time to leave positive reviews. However this place certainly deserves my time. Miranda and Corey were absolutely amazing. I have always, and I do mean always, had bad experiences with the typical mini-storage rentals in the past. There was always hidden fees, admin fees, lock charge, mandatory insurance and the list goes on. Upon talking to them today, even before I could ask, both of them let me know about any fees that would be associated with the move in. In fact not only did they let me know about them, they were flexible on which fees had to be charged. As I carry my own business insurance there was no "mandatory" insurance fees. The units and the facility was clean and the climate controlled area was well worth the few extra dollars a month. I am really glad I found them during my google search and I would highly recommend others to rent here. Very simple and smooth process. Everything was done within minutes and a special thank you goes out to Miranda for taking time to show me the different units with no sales pitches or pressures!
