07-31-2026Great space, accurate sizing, and excellent on-site customer service, I have little issues with the small day to day interactions. That being said they have extremely predatory billing practices. They will not prorate under any circumstances. If you want to change your billing date to make it more convenient, they will force you to pay for a whole extra month just to do it. They are also fully willing to change your bill at a whim under the guise of supply and demand. It's a shame that a facility with such good local staff is ruined by greedy corporate policies that punish the consumer. Proceed with caution.

07-18-2026Because the setup of this property is so very different from my other unit in Indianapolis Indiana, I was a little confused at first. The helpful staff helped me get it all figured out in no time. So far, so good and I have no complaints. They seem to have plenty of units on the property and it is well-kept and maintained.
