05-15-2025Have a unit there for a year now. I haven't had any troubles accessing the unit except for problems I caused for myself Misty was supper attentive to the help it needed and what I had to do to solve the issues. In my opinion the hours of access could be longer but I am in understanding of why they're not. I live in south west Florida 900+ miles away and still feel safe with my things that are there . If you need a storage in that area I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed with the facility and you'll feel like home with Misty.
