10-03-2026S/O to Vincent. As soon as I got the call was informed I will be billed again I rushed to bring the keys with me only needing the unit for 8 days. She definitely took care of me and made sure everything was straighten out on their end!!! I will definitely be back when needed and do recommend Public Storage to anyone needing somewhere for their things to go till they move or just more storage!

09-28-2026Darlene was extremely professional and polite. She explained all my options to get the most for my money and didn't try to push me into spending money I didn't need to. She made getting my storage unit set up a super easy and overall pleasant experience. Thank you Darlene! Since I wrote my first review Darlene has retired and I've dealt with a few different property managers and they've all been very helpful and polite. Rita stands out as being very professional and pleasant to deal with. I forgot to mention Vincent who is always cheerful and fantastic to deal with!
