01-05-2026I moved out of my unit on the 1st of the month. The company wanted me to pay for the entire month. After weeks of unanswered phone calls, emails, talking to rude, incompetent non English speaking agents on the 800 number; I finally got resolution to the issue and it is resolved to my satisfaction. James, at the Industrial location is a super great guy; he did everything he could to help me resolve my situation but he could only do so much. His efforts are appreciated. Public Storage needs to get rid of their service agents. They do not speak fluent understandable English, they are not customer oriented, they do not care about anything but sticking to the script they are required to read. Trying to get past them is almost impossible. Will I rent from Public Storage again? Most likely not. Should you do your research and due dilligence for this company? Yes, you should.
