08-25-2024Overall, I am pleasantly pleased with the service I receive at the location. Always greeted when I enter and the place is always clean. I've interacted with almost everyone on the team, I think. They were all friendly and helpful. Julia was very accommodating for my last big move, got us the space with needed and so was Dewayne with getting us set up initially, very patient and answered all my questions! They do increase prices after a certain time, but worth the convenience of location, security, overall price, and service provided. Just let them know what you need and they will try to help you! Tell them Diamond sent you ??
