08-22-2024Rented a indoor unit here for over a year, recently moved out as I was storing stuff for when I bought a house. Very clean and easy say process to move in and out! Have carts and door stops and elevators for use. Reason for 4 stars is I moved in on the move in special which was $80 or something a month really cheap. They switched it to $180 after 6 months without telling me. Im sure it was in the fine print which I didnt read too hard so thats on me I guess but I got them to lower it to $120 a month but after a year they switched it to $180 again without telling me. Im sure every storage unit does this and it was in the fine print but just beware to anyone first time getting a unit they will do everything to not tell you this! Make sure to ask!

08-18-2024This storage facility was perfect! The manager, Darnell, was extremely helpful to make a smooth experience. He showed us how to make the exterior door stay open while moving and there were several carts and a dolly we could use to move our things. There was also an oversized elevator which was helpful to get to the second floor where our storage unit was located. I wouldnt hesitate to store our things here again! I highly recommend.
