08-04-2026Rented a 10x10. The booking and helpfulness was there from David. Very good service before we moved in. However, we moved in only to be met with lots of rat droppings. Well this was extremely disappointing. There was a tear in the roof exposing insulation but we think rats came through in a brick sized opening on the front/side of the unit. Not sure why there was such a large hole there. Note we hadn't moved in yet (the unit was empty and there were droppings everywhere) We were very uncomfortable leaving our clothing, bedroom linens, and shoes there knowing rats would be running mall over them ! Called the manager Alex who was pretty much unhelpful. He said: 1. Oh yes we know we have a rat problem 2. we've ran out of traps 3. If there is damage you can use insurance and 4. it was probably clean when we locked it up and the rats must have gotten in when it was empty (after we cleaned it). No remedy no credits no attempt to fix/secure the facility from rats. Very unhappy and stressed out daily knowing rats may be all over our stuff. I have photos ... but not sure it's necessary to post unless management want to see proof
