10-01-2024This was my first experience ever renting a storage there are ridiculous miscommunication with what ever 3 party books I was told if I opened a storage on the 14th of the month my next payment wouldn't be until the 14th of the following month now I am being charged a late fee on top of a whole another month I am extremely unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism and false advertising your employees stood know the guidelines you guys obviously need more employee training o stars

06-07-2024Increase in rates is so unbelievable. My sister rented a 10x10 and I have been paying since she is out of the country. How can public storage justify constant increases. Monthly Public Storage B186 2/2022 - 11/2022. $240 12/2022 - 11/2023. $331 12/2023 - 5/2024. $380 6/2024 - ? $471 Beware. They will entice you with low rates such as discounts, then increases starts once youre committed. Unfortunately, my sister has no choice right now as she has been out of the country indefinitely. Currently online rate is $235/mo
