08-03-2026I went to the PS location near Appian way in Pinole to rent a small storage unit. I believe it was a 5X5 so the prices I was quoted was a bit too high, so the Jessica informed that if I go on line its a bit cheaper. So I did and I did save a bit more funds. Jessica was very patient and helpful and walked me through the process steps. A few days later, I dropped in to return the lock and keys because I purchased my own lock. So while there I asked Jessica for her assistance in helping me sign up on the PS App to get through the gate without jumping out of the car. Without hesitation she said yes with a smile. Jessica has very good customer service skills. There should be more helpful staff as she was by going the extra mile. Shes an amazingly talented young lady. Thanks for having her there. Barbara O.
