Over the extended time I have had to maintain my storage; being that I have relocated, Shonda has been absolutely AWESOME!!!!! She is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Had it not been for the reminder calls and listening ear, I might add, I would have lost my 'Everything'. I appreciate her patience, understanding and knowledge of her facility. Shonda goes above and beyond to make sure that no matter what the reason you have to use Public Storage, you don't feel judged and that your items are safe. You are greatly appreciated Shonda.
