05-29-2026Much cheaper than the other locations, two units was cheaper than one at my old place. Fozia was so helpful renting me a second unit, and so was Sonya renting the first one to me. Kind staff.

Anytime I called or needed assistance, he was always patient, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make things easier, especially during my move-out process while expecting which can already be stressful enough. What really makes John stand out is how personable he is. He actually remembers who I am every time we speak, and that level of customer service is rare these days. It never feels like Im just another customer or unit number. He makes every interaction feel genuine, comfortable, and welcoming. It truly feels like Im talking to a friend every time. That personal touch makes both his time and mine feel valued and worthwhile. On top of that, the facility itself is always clean, easy to access, and well-maintained. Ive never had any issues here, and that consistency says a lot about the management and care put into this location. John deserves recognition for the way he represents this company. Employees like him are the reason customers stay loyal and leave with positive experiences. Keep him and promote him! Im truly going to miss this location and John ?????!
