08-13-2024I made my reservation online which was super easy and user friendly! When I showed up to secure the unit with a lock I found out that I had reserved a parking space! I called the office and spoke with Tracy who was super friendly and accommodating! We laughed at my mistake and she quickly changed me to a unit! I would highly recommend Life Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility! Very friendly and responsive help!
