03-30-2026Hi, Im Keva. This was my first time using Public Storage in a long while, and since I really dont enjoy moving, I was a bit nervous going in. But I was welcomed right away and had a great experience. Lupa, who was new and in training, along with another staff member (Im sorry I didnt catch her name), were both very kind and helpful. They took their time showing me around and helped me find the best unit available. Im really happy with everything so far. The place is clean, quiet, and well kept from what Ive seen.
