05-23-2025Need to move my apartment furnishings at the end of May into a storage unit for a few months. Called Extra Space Storage last week to inquire if they had any units available in the size I needed. Lucky for me they did. Even though the office closed at 6pm and I probably arrived 20 minutes before, met with Frank and I asked if I could see the unit first. He showed me the 2 units they had available. Then after choosing the unit I wanted and completing the leasing process, it was close to six. I really appreciate Frank taking the time to explain everything I needed to know. He was very professional, courteous, and funny. And even after I apologized for the little time spent over closing, he graciously said it was no problem. And James, the manager, was very helpful also. First time using Extra Space Storage and Im happy they were available.
