She was so friendly and knowledgeable, she seemed like she truly wanted to make sure I got the right space and was happy about it. 08-02-2025This place is a scam. I was told 2nd month would be free, that did not turn out. Asked to speak with the district manager and was told I would get a call. I never received a call so I called the corporate number and they said they would message the manager and have him call me. Still no call so I moved out. I scheduled move out in the app and moved all my stuff out two days prior to the date. I then called to make sure they moved me out and no one would pick up the phone so on my move out date I called corporate and they said they could move me out. I thought everything was fine and today I get an email saying I owe this months rent even though Ive been moved out since last month. Terrible customer service not to mention my unit didnt seal and I had dust all over my stuff. Do not rent from this place!
