Our Davis facility is located off I-80 and convenient to UC Davis, making it a great option for students and local families alike. We are proud to serve UC Davis students, faculty, and the rest of the Davis community by offering you the best storage units on the market today.
We have over 550 storage units at this location. Our 5x10 storage units are ideal for small items, like baseball bats and bikes for Playfields Park. These units are also great for college students who are looking to maximize dorm space by storing extra clothes, books, and personal belongings out of the way.
We also have medium sized 10x10 storage units for customers between residences, and large 10x15 storage units for homeowners going through major renovations. If you have a big project in store and need to stow couches, beds, desks, dressers, and any other heavy items, try our outdoor storage units with drive-up access.
We even have an on-site manager familiar with the facility.

Camilla was super helpful and informative. A pleasure to work with.
Basically like PAYING MORE because you they've been here forever so they never improved meanwhile there are so much better options out there. I never got to use my space YET THEY STILL CHARGED ME because their process is so convoluted and the online system they have give you ZERO option for a refund or even find someone who can help you work through it. Things would have been fine if they made refunds easier. This location can't even wait over 5 minutes to have someone access the facility. 1. The contract itself is horrible and overpriced. No refund and the insurance is insanely expensive and you have to pay for your own lock. You rent someone thing so you can keep PAYING MORE. 2. Access is inconsistent and unreliable. The site managers have zero incentive to make sure you get what you need. 3. Customer service system they've built is very mediocre. They site managers are just there as cheerleaders but never actually do anything. You are PAYING MORE for mediocre service. 4. Online Customer service is nonexistent. There ZERO method to contact corporate. They customer service number they give you is just a bot that goes in circles. You are PAYING MORE to do all the work. 5. You can't do any kind of refund or any kind of complain ticket. You are basically on your own. You are PAYING MORE to 6. When I drove to see if I can even try to work it through, the facility just looks run down and dirty. You are PAYING MORE an unmaintained facility. 7. Their entire system is so old and barely works. It's ridiculous. You are basically paying MORE for worse experience. I decided to go with a different storage company that allows for after hours availability and access your facility that has "Extra" benefits. This facility should be named Public Bathroom I'm amazed by how bad public storage service is. There is no way to get a refund even though they never explicitly state in the contract that you can't manage your unit without a site manager. Was not able to access mine and would not give me a refund. Check out their BBB Reviews and ConsumerAffair reviews and you'd realize you should go with the other "Extra" storage place with "Extra" benefits. Public Storage aka "Public Bathroom" is so bad and it's not even actually cheaper, if you look at what they charge, it's way more than what the other storage facilities are charging. Do not make that mistake.
Everything about getting the storage unit was quick and easy! Camilla was awesome and was incredibly friendly!
Went five minutes before closing, but Camilla was able to set me up an appointment for the day right away. It was super simple to view and get the unit and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Camilla was friendly and super helpful through the entire process.
Great location, staff was pretty helpful, my only drawback was there is no space to park a moving truck to load/unload your things, so my movers had to walk everything up by Dollies and furniture carts. Also the gate had to constantly be opened and re-opened to gain entry. It just was a pain and took about 2 hours longer than necessary. The facility itself is clean, but old and not a lot of light indoors so it was a bit dim to work in as the sun was going down.
