02-11-2026Very easy and convenient storage. Super clean, well lit, easy to get in and out, convenient hours, and great security (video and in person). The staff working here is very kind and helpful. Mayra was very helpful and knowledgeable. Though, after a couple of months, the prices start to go up every month and DON'T go back down. I have two units that are the same size and across from each other and for the older one I pay double. If you have a unit with the door outside you'll have a lot of black widows and the windy days will push way more dust into your unit than the interior ones.

02-06-2026Danielle was absolutely wonderful, helped us in the best way possible despite the scenario we encountered. I had a unit here for close to a year, but unfortunately, despite having no food items in our storage unit, it was infested with mice feces & multiple dead mice. I visited the unit monthly & didnt notice anything until late 2025. We cleaned the unit but were only able to salvage 1 or 2 totes of sentimental things. Everything, including my $1500 couch, various clothing items, vanities, smaller sentimental items, etc. were all a complete loss due to vermin feces, urine, and even their carcasses. They chewed through/urinated & defecated on christmas decorations, clothing, literally everything. Im currently initiating a claim with the insurance to hopefully get compensation for the absolute loss of majority of my belongings. 1000% would NOT recommend storing anything in these units.

The grounds are clean, bright, and the staff are communicative, reach out with immediacy if there is a problem (the wind has blown my boat top up from a loose screw), and answer questions promptly. I enjoy the attentive care at Extra Space. If youre renting a storage space from Extra Space, youre WINNING!
