10-02-2025I rented a storage unit after the hurricanes hit me. When visiting the Public Storage unit in Tampa, I noticed there appeared to be people living in other units. When I closed my unit down and brought my belongings to my home, they were covered in rodent feces and roaches. I have called 3x to speak to someone AND have copies of a chat communication requesting a property manager call me, but I was never contacted. My belongings are ruined. This is a health department matter. This storage company is liable for my loss. Dont rent from there. After seeing my silverware covered in feces, and mounds of it in the bottom of the containers, I couldnt use my stuff again. I couldnt even get a call back after being exposed to piles of rodent feces.
