12-03-2025Recently moved out of here. Location was fine, didn't have any issues with my stuff being stolen. But that was about all the good. Gate would work from app to enter but never would work to exit. Had to get out the car an put in code an race the gate since the keypad is blocked by vehicles all the time. I was late paying last month and when I went to get my stuff out last week they still had their lock on it, which wasn't a big deal since I had a code to take it off. The issue was that someone broke my lock off, put a vacant tag on it. When I opened my unit my broken lock was laying on the ground next to a new lock and then they want to charge me for the lock. I'm not paying for a new lock when I did not ask you to break off my perfectly good lock in the first place. Y'all was ready to auction my unit prematurely. I shouldn't have to pay for your mistake. Also be aware you'll end up with roaches/rats. Found a rat pack in my unit that wasn't placed in there before I moved my stuff in. And had to leave my stuff outside to clean because of roaches. I get that running into pest is usually inevitable so I won't hold that against them. Overall my experience was meh.

11-24-2025Stay away from this place you guys they have bad roaches and rats that chew up your furniture and stuff! That's why they make you get insurance, cuz they already know they have rat problem they're not surprised! I I will never rent from them again!
