Job well done
Vanessa was patient and professional
Further update: after finally reaching Vanessa by phone and trying to reason with her it resulted in her repeating herself over and over and actually laughing at me after she referred me to customer service. So awful. Update: since the time this occurred I have continued to try to call the location with no answer then received a voicemail from Vanessa trying to explain away how I will only be charged a late fee if I don't pay the due amount by the one month anniverary of my move in (the middle of this month) YET they have locked me out on week two of being here. What happened to the one dollar for your first month? Bait and switch. And where are your employees ? And YES I do need to return another lock by the way, as per your mention of another lock return. The other one was in fact due to having to change units as the first was full of mold and moisture. The lock I have now is being returned because I have my own. How convenient for you to be closed and have me locked out as not to have to return my lock fee and address this in person. Really poor customer service. I chose this location thinking things would be better but it appears this is a public storage customer service problem. Across the board. Unacceptable. Original review: Denial of gate entry sitting in the parking lot where I am not allowed access through the gate with my code, nobody in office, locked, no answer. Have had this unit for all of 2 weeks and now I'm trying to retrieve an item and return my lock for the 20.00 refund, or maybe that is false also. Gate will not let me access and app says I owe them $94.00 as of yesterday (???). What in the world are you guys pulling???? I was supposed to get my first month for $1.00! I've had this for 2 WEEKS this doesn't work as advertised and even IF I was 1 day late for a month's payment, WHICH YOU HAVENT PROVIDED are you really going to locked down the place the one day after??? What is going on??? False advertisement? Where are the people who work here?
Went as smooth as can be!
Increased rent by 50% after 3 months. Beware.
