10-30-2025All 4 stars are for Bobby at the Embassy Blvd. location. He was extremely helpful undoing as much of the mess the customer service agent on the phone made. She is the cause of the missing star. She gave me bad information after bad information. After bad information, which ultimately cause me to have to rent one unit that I didn't want and then later, thank goodness for Bobby, he was able to put me in the unit I did want because he didn't close at 1:30 like the lady online said. It's really going to be a billing nightmare but I'm confident Bobby will get it worked out.
