11-10-2025I went into the office upset about my rent being raised and transferring Angela was a great help very knowledgeable and friendly!!! She definitely needs a raise because she is phenomenal and very personal listening to all my needs and understanding! Im glad she was in the office because if it wouldve been anybody else, I probably wouldve sucked my things and went to another location. Thank you Angela for all you do.

06-16-2025After many of my possessions were lost after Hurricane Helene, the rest of my belongings I put in a storage unit at Public Storage on Lazy Lane. My home took 9 months to finish to a point that I was able to move my boxes back home. When the moving company arrived with my belongings, they said they saw a few roaches when they were moving the items. I inspected the items as they came in and this created a delay and thus an increased cost to pay the movers. The next day I began to unpack a few of the boxes, after discovering some inside the boxes, I decide to start unpacking them outside. There have been around 16 cockroaches so far I have killed that were inside the boxes. I've moved all of the boxes out to the garage (so much for paying movers to put them in the rooms they were to be unpacked in!) and I'm having to salvage whatever I can that isn't infested with poop droppings and roaches. I worry that I have brought this infestation to my new home and have a pest service coming to spray. I also plan to bomb my garage and oh how excited I am to have the smell of bug spray penetrate all my belongings. I'm utterly frustrated. I've been cleaning up a home destroyed by Hurricane Helene only to now be cleaning up my only belongings infested by bugs! This place clearly does not make any attempt to manage the bug population. There was not one single dead roach which means this place HAS a MAJOR issue and it is not being addressed. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!

03-29-2025This place is a legit scammer based company. They tell you the price is so good. Then 2 months later they raise it. And they said it wont get raised again. Then 2 months after that they raise it again. And they give you no choice but to pay it or lose your stuff. Theyve went up on my rent 300% within 6 months. Ridiculous storage. I do not recommend this place unless you wanna get taken advantage of
