12-08-2025I cannot speak for all locations of Extra Space Storage but my experience at the one located on Dayflower Blvd in Wesley Chapel FL was excellent. The place is kept very clean and well lit. Gate and door codes all worked like clockwork. Check in was a breeze and I received a confirmation of my checkout the same day I phoned it in. I couldn't ask for more.

The staff was helpful and actually cared about getting me set up with the right size unit instead of trying to upsell me. The whole process was quick and stress-free. If you need a reliable spot to store your stuff, this is definitely the place to go.

11-06-2025After 3 months of having my unit they upped my storage fee $40 and I never got a notice they claimed to send. And the first month free posted is a scam I believe cause I never got that. I went onto the website and it kept pulling up a whole different facility and I even showed the worker there and he said oh thats weird I was in a tough spot. If I had more time I would have choose a different storage. I paid $148 the day I moved my stuff in Then my fee after for 3 months following was $97.63. Now they wanna up it again. I also only had a small unit I believe a 10x5

10-31-2025Whenever one plans to move it's usually with a great deal of trepidation and my mood was no different. It was a very painful process but the one shining blessing through all of this was Extra Space Storage. The manager, whose name is Chris, was absolutely stupendous helping me navigate through an extended process. The storage facility is beautifully managed and maintained and very clean and very accessible. I can without hesitation recommend extra space storage to anyone who's planning move. Five star rating. Chris thank you very much for all you did.
