02-07-2026We had the pleasure of dealing with Kim Barfield the store manager. She was pleasant and explained every question we had. I have a brain injury (TBI) and have memory issues and Kim was kind enough to write everything down for me and also took the time to explain things to me twice. Theres a certain kind of special person who goes out of their way to make someone feel calm and comfortable. Kim is that person and Im truly grateful for her walking me through a difficult situation for me. Thank you, Kim Barfield. The storage facility is immaculate. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs Extra Space.

I ran into a few issue and with kim assistance i was able to fix and maintain my unit all through communication again THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING KIM YOU'RE TRULY AMAZING!!!! Was even thinking of moving my unit but knowing kim is by my side im loyal!!!!
