Luis the manager was knowledgeable and showed us the different size units to compare. Best price I found and convenient easy access off I-10 by the outlets of El Paso. Great experience.

I recently rented a storage unit at this location and couldn't be happier with my experience. Luis is incredibly professional, polite, and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and found the perfect units to meet my needs. The facility itself is top-notchclean, well-lit, and very secure. Although this store is thirty minutes away from my place, with multiple locations closer, I'm willing to drive the extra miles because I know that with Luis managing, my belongings are safe, my account is current, and communication is clear.
