08-03-2026Rob went above and beyond to help me during a very difficult time. After three back surgeries, I have very limited help and have been overwhelmed trying to manage everything on my own. I explained that I could no longer afford my larger storage unit, and instead of just giving me options, he genuinely listened and took the time to find a smaller unit that fit my budget. His kindness, patience, and understanding meant more than he probably realizes. Its rare to meet someone who truly cares about helping people, and Rob did exactly that. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and Im incredibly grateful for his compassion and outstanding customer service. Public Storage is fortunate to have someone like Rob on their team. 07-27-2026The place is very clean! I feel confident that our belongings are safe. Rob the property manager was very kind and super informative on the pricing and what charges to expect. He worked with me to get the best deal, and was happily willing to show me several units so I could choose what was best for me, which I know could be a pain because hes the only person on site. Would highly recommend renting your storage space here!
