08-30-2024Not off to a good start I drove about 25 miles to get there with a car full of furniture. Got to facility. Put in my code said ac es denied. I tried again same thing. And 2 more times . I went to the office it was closed I had to wait for them to come back about 10 minutes. The girl said my code was t linked properly to my. Account. A d she had to buzz me in manually. I hope. Things get better from here on

08-25-2024Matt at extra space storage on Delilah road was very welcoming and drove us around and showed us a couple of units in different locations in the complex in the size we were looking for. He was friendly, explained everything to us well. We had a good experience at this storage facility location.

08-20-2024I needed a bigger size storage at a more affordable price, and decided to move my items into ExtraSpace. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spent the time to find me a unit I liked at a reasonable price. If you are looking for a storage unit or are being overcharged or need a more friendly and responsive company and staff, I highly recommend this location. Another customer I met on the property also praised the staff for being nice. My only regret is I did not move to this location much earlier. Thank you for a friendly and fair treatment.
