03-12-2026I called earlier this week with questions and spoke with Jessica. She was incredibly kind and helpful and answered all of my questions. If I was confused about something she took the time to talk to me to help me understand. To be honest she provided me with some of the best customer service I have had in a LONG time. Hopefully whoever her boss is sees this because she was nothing short of awesome. It was so refreshing to feel like the person on the other end of the phone cared when today so many people act like they can't be bothered with anyone else. If you are looking for a storage facility I highly recommend this one.
