01-28-2026Storage facility has flooded at least 3 times in the past four years. The property knows it and conceals it from new tenants. They will increase your rent by between 50-75% after youve been there for one year. Facility has had repeated rodent problems. Dont trust the huge number of five star reviews, after all lmao who bothers writing an overwhelmingly positive review of their storage facility? You just dont. Its storage. You pay, they keep your stuff, you dont think about it. Those reviews are spam. Also note that they only respond on here to the positive reviews, making it even more clear theyre posting the reviews themselves and responding right away as the business. If they were genuinely engaging, they would respond to the negative reviews as well. Avoid at all costs.
