02-02-2026The team worked with me to negotiate a reasonable monthly rate after my introductory rate expired. I could also lock in that rate for 6 months by paying in advance. The terms of another local storage facility would leave me subject to a hike any given month with thirty days notice. My storage unit is clean and dry and I appreciate the friendly service and the cleanliness of the entire facility.

01-16-2026The manager was great to work with, very personable and although I later found out I did not need the unit - it was very easy to cancel with her. I will use them in the future if I have any storage needs. The units themselves are in great shape and the design of these units are engineered in a way to avoid trapped heat in the ceiling areas as well as extra protection from a full roof floating about the units themselves.
