03-03-2026This is just a greedy business. I guess they do the best they can. (ESS raised my rent twice in the first 12 months; over 30%.) Without any improvements to the services offered, I noticed that my rent keeps jumping when Im not looking. I wish I had the privilege to be indifferent to these sorts of things. The people that work here are dependably patient, sincerely helpful and knowledgeable extremely practiced at customer service. These individuals have nothing to do with the rent increases and I have never had a negative experience with any of the on-site staff, ever. They are consistently excellent; no joke outstanding. They somehow recruit and retain angels in human form consistently. Much Respect! ...separately, I have an outdoor locker and it seems like the way the leaf blowers end up going, the front of my locker gets filled with dirt and leaves and trash. Disappointing to find your household contents deep in filth. Fairplay: I think I remember being warned kindly about this in advance and I know they would always help if I needed to borrow a broom or something. The convenience of a drive-up is worth the detritus, I would agree. I used to be more of a fan.
