06-09-2025First off, let me say that Noah at the Hapeville Extra Space storage is everything you'd ever want in a manager - at least I assume she's a manager. She certainly has the skills and demeanor. The staff here, from the minute we moved in until the minute we wrapped things up, are so helpful and compassionate. When I was speaking to Noah today, she took a call from someone who was having trouble paying their rent, and her compassion, her tone, and her willingness to work with the person on the other end was really uplifting. She told me that for better or worse, storage facilities are made up of people who are often in the middle of difficult transitions. When it could easily be just a answer the phone and process paperwork sort of job, the staff here, and Noah specifically, are true gems. I never thought I'd be reviewing the personalities of the staff at a rental place, but here we are. The facility itself is always well maintained and clean, always feels safe and secure, just to out that on record, but the people who work here are a cut above.
