I visited one of your newer facilities today. Ultimately rented a unit. I'm giving this 5-STAR rating solely because the representative was outstandingly professional and deserves the praise; however, I have a complaint about the company. I'm a 70yo Baby Boomer who has rented many storage units over the years. All of your competitors provide golf carts for showing the units. At my age and here in hot GA, it is a must! This location needs a golf cart, and but for the young man who serviced me, you would have been rated 2-stars!! Thank you.

I went to get storage on 4.18.24 and this was a pleasant experience. The store manager and his assistant from Lakewood property was very nice, helpful and had great customer service! The process was easy and quick. Cameras everywhere. I would recommend due to security of the property, prices, cleanliness and fantastic customer service.

Derrick is the best, he was kind, Patient and very attentive..he greeted me with the up most respect..he also took the time to show me where my unit was when I got lost lol and he made sure all of my questions were answered..I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!??

Tyson was amazing. Very professional and cool. He explained everything to me. From promotions, fees to how to access the unit. When showing me the unit we walked to the newer building. You can drive if you want but I think the company should get Tyson & his coworkers a golf cart.
