05-05-2025Site is well-kept and maintained. I left my items in this place for about 3.5 years. The low rating is for the following reasons. Do your research and find a better option. 1. Pricing starts low to entice customers and proceeds to predatory levels. For me, started at $51 and went up to $94, for a mere 5x5x5 space. 2. They compel you to buy a new lock that can be used only with their storage unit door. After moving out, there is no place else where their custom lock can be used. 3. When you move out, the storage fee is not pro-rated. That is, the rent is paid at the beginning of every 30 day cycle. If you move out in the middle of the 30 days, the balance rent will not be paid back to you.
