08-24-2024Ive been at the eagan facility for more than 2 or 3 years and have multiple units at times and I wouldnt change to another place unless they paid me and then i still might not change. I needed to transfer one of my units i had to a bigger unit and I tried to do it online but never got it completed. I waited, then started doing it again and that's when kaye called. im so happy she did because she saved me a lot of time and money. It was 10.00$ to transfer units instead of the 50.00 I would've paid had I continued on my own. Kaye was so easy to talk to and informative and thorough I actually got excited about doing the transfer!! Thankyou Kaye for being a true help!! You and Christian are unbelievable, in a great way that you don't see a lot these days anywhere, with your people skills! It is so appreciated! THANKYOU! Hands down this is the best facility south (and north) of the river!
