06-26-2026Today I moved into my storage unit, first day as well. Also new to Fairfield so it was hot, I mean HAWWWT. HOT ! Slightly sweaty by the time I hit the reception area. Went in to buy couch covers and mattress covers. Then, I realized thanks god this place has a water dispenser. But lately my luck sucks, and that machine would be out of service. Than the sweetest lady, ever went above and beyond to help me purchase the right sizing of covers. after asking the basic of questions I didnt even bother to look at. Realistically I thought everything was one size fits all. then she proceeded to go next door and get me a water bottle. In customer service, people barely make any initiative, barely interact. But every now and then you get someone who can instantly change the end of your week. Thank you. My week has been exhausting but running into people with such positive auroras makes things less exhausting. MRS. ROSETTA, you are a gem and I hope you are appreciated. She is such a kind soul and I wish you many blessings if you ever see this.
