08-08-2026I tried to confirm move-out on their convenient application multiple times. Said there was an error and to call the store. I left MULTIPLE messages WELL WITHIN OFFICE HOURS TWO DAYS IN A ROW (mind you, I have already moved out of the unit) and I hear nothing back. Impossible to get a hold of a human. My account now says I owe another month on the unit. My friend just had a nightmare experience with extraspace as well and if they do not sort this out swiftly I will be canceling my remaining 3 contracts with extra space as I cannot trust a company this neglectful to store valuable things. Ridiculous.

06-17-2026If youve ever wondered where to store your stuff and your sanity, Extra Space Storage is the place. Ive been with them since back when it was Life Storage in 2021, which is basically long enough to qualify for a pension. Stephanie is the real MVP: friendly, helpful, and somehow always cheerful, even when I show up looking like I lost a fight with a cardboard box. The place is safe, affordable, convenient, and honestly kind of awsome. I didnt know storage units could have personality, but here we are. Five stars ten if Google would let me.
