08-05-2024Rich was a pleasure to work with. He was always very friendly! We left out unit one day without realizing it wasnt fully locked. Rich noticed that and called me the very next day to let me know. We did move and no longer needed storage, and Rich again was kind enough to check in after to make sure everything went well and to ask if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this location just by the customer service he provided.
