I've had the pleasure of working with Extra Space Storage in Sanford, and from the very beginning, my experience with Bert was exceptional. She made the entire process smooth and effortless, demonstrating her expertise every step of the way. Bert treats every customer like they're special, and its clear she genuinely cares about the appearance of the facility and is always ready to address any concerns. Over the years, I've dealt with several other storage companies, and its rare to even get a proper greeting, let alone a conversation. But this place is differentcompletely the opposite, in fact.
