I was able to upgrade to a larger unit and it was right next to my other unit - it was very convenient to switch. She also showed me some features on the app for opening the gates and the doors which I had no idea existed she totally knows what she's doing which made me feel confident getting a unit through her. Excellent attitude excellent service.
