Super helpful. The guy walked me through everything and made the process very simple.
Good job mark
Fred was awesome in the system that was broken contacted public storage on multiple occasions to try to fix something couldnt get it fixed. Fred was polite, courteous and amazing at his job. Thank you Fred cause I was about to go somewhere else, but you kept me here.
Excellent! Fred was kind, helpful, and professional! Highly recommended!
Terrible experience here. They continue to raise rates. Started around $220 a few years ago and they tried to renew me at almost $500! Then I was told I could move to the unit next to mine for $295. I decided to downsize and pay $200. Now I am being renewed at $250. The manager was nice at first and then on the day I moved I called her from the unit as it was very dusty and she screamed at me for inquiring as to why it wasnt cleaned. Lastly, they really pushed hard for Google reviews which is likely why they have a 4.9.
Once again another price hike from this place. They are also very pushy about people leaving reviews and is likely why they have a 4.9. The man person there was very friendly until I had an issue. I called on the same day I moved into my unit and told her the place seemed very dusty/unclean. She screamed at me over the phone and said well what do you want to do about it!!!. Very unprofessional.
